By booking and/or using the Golf Simulator at The Links Country Park Golf Club you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your session.
If you are booking on behalf of a group it is your responsibility to make sure that everyone has familiarised themselves with the terms and conditions.
Equipment
- Please ensure golf clubs are clean and the only the golf balls provided to you are used in order to protect the screen.
- Do not use you own personal golf balls.
- Appropriate footwear should be worn at all times.
- Left handed golfers: the launcher monitor needs to be repositioned and recalibrated for use by left handed golfers. Left and right-handed players cannot play simultaneously.
Safety
- By utilising this facility, you acknowledge that yourself and all individuals in your group are doing so willingly and assuming full responsibility for any associated risks. We cannot be held accountable for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by you or any members of your group, regardless of the cause.
- Only one player is allowed within the designated swing area at any one time.
- Users participate at their own risk. The Club accepts no liability for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Conduct and responsibility
- Users must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the equipment.
- Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the individual or group responsible.
- Alcohol and food are not permitted in the simulator bay. Under no circumstances are drinks to be consumed near the simulator.
- The Club reserves the right to remove any user from the premises for inappropriate behaviour without refund.
Cancellation
- Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.
In the event of technical issues or equipment failure, a session can be rescheduled to a later date. Refunds will not be given.
